Take the nut off with an impact gun ( a 1/2in will do but you might have to heat the nut a little) start the nut back on and use an air chisel with a punch bit to push the bolt down, the whole thing will take 15min.

WebbWhen my bush hog blades start to dull, I take them off and take them to the local blacksmith shop and have him heat them, beat them out and put an edge back on them for about 6-8 bucks a blade.
