WebUsain bolt fluctuated technically. In my opinion, the Daegu version of Bolt, although not his fastest was technically his best. The side cam footage from the relay is something else. His start and acceleration were also optimised, and he was absolutely up there with the best after 10-20m. He seemed to regress technically later in his career.
