Over many years I have always used the Diamond RH77CA (BNC equivalent) antenna for anything other than 700-800MHz. It performs awesome on VHF and pretty well on UHF. The SRJ77CA has a female SMA that will attach to the Anytone. The Diamond antennas are designed for 2M/70CM although they are widely used as scanner antennas. Not optimal for 700/800MHz.
